PRAKTIK PEMBELAJARAN SEJARAH PADA MASA PEMBELAJARAN JARAK JAUH (PJJ)

Abstrak: Layanan pendidikan pada masa darurat penyebaran Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) dilaksanakan sesuai dengan Surat Edaran Nomor 4 Tahun 2O2O tentang Pelaksanaan Kebijakan Pendidikan dalam Masa Darurat Penyebaran Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) Surat Edaran ini mengatur tentang kententuan Belajar dari Rumah. Berdasarkan Surat Edaran ini, pembelajaran jarak jauh menjadi alternatif yang tepat untuk tetap memberikan layanan pendidikan kepada peserta didik. Sejarah merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang penting dan memiliki nilai-nilai yang bermanfaat bagi pembentukan karakter bangsa. Pada mata pelajaran sejarah materi yang harus dipelajari cukup banyak sehingga mengharuskan peserta didik untuk terus membaca pada masa penerapan PJJ ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui praktik pembelajaran sejarah pada masa penerapan Pendidikan Jarak Jauh (PJJ). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara kepada guru dan peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Pringsurat. Penentuan sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling (dengan pertimbangan tertentu). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik pembelajaran sejarah yang dilakukan oleh guru sejarah pada masa pembelajaran jarak jauh cukup efektif untuk dilaksanakan, namun tetap memiliki beberapa kelemahan misalnya kendala sinyal dan kuota.
Abstract: Educational services during the emergency period of the spread of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) are carried out following Circular Number 4 of 2O2O concerning Implementation of Education Policies in an Emergency for the Spread of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) This Circular regulates the provisions of Learning from Home. Based on this Circular, distance learning is the right alternative to continue providing educational services to students. History is an important subject and has values that are useful for shaping the character of the nation. In the subject of history, the material that must be studied is quite a lot so that it requires students to keep reading during the application of this PJJ. This study aims to determine the practice of historical learning during the application of Distance Education (PJJ). The research method used is qualitative research. The data was collected using interviews with teachers and students at SMA Negeri 1 Pringsurat. The research sample was determined by using a purposive sampling technique (with certain considerations). The results showed that the practice of history learning carried out by history teachers during the distance learning period was effective enough to be implemented, but still had several weaknesses, such as signal and quota constraints.
