It explores the environmental dimensions of common policies, sustainability, and technology. Buah lindur dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi tepung agar praktis dan memiliki masa simpan yang lebih lama. Perebusan bertujuan untuk mengurangi kandungan tanin pada buah. Proses pengeringan tepung buah lindur dilakukan dengan menggunakan oven <em>microwave</em>. Penggunaan oven<em> microwave</em> didasarkan pada penelitian terdahulu yang menjelaskan bahwa hasil yang diperoleh menghasilkan produk warna yang lebih baik dan konsumsi energi yang rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui mutu fisik tepung buah lindur. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kadar air pada tepung buah lindur memperoleh nilai &lt;13% dengan mutu fisik kecerahan (L) pada durasi perebusan 1 jam dan daya <em>microwave </em>399 Watt memperoleh nilai tertinggi 79,12. Nilai warna kemerahan (a) tertinggi sebesar 6,12 pada durasi 3 jam dan daya <em>microwave</em> 760 Watt. Nilai warna kekuningan (b) tertinggi 15,80 pada durasi perebusan 1 jam dan daya <em>microwave </em>399 Watt. Densitas curah tertinggi 0,70 g/cm<sup>3</sup> pada durasi perebusan 3 jam dan daya <em>microwave </em>760 Watt. Daya serap air tertinggi 4,12 mg/l pada durasi perebusan 3 jam dan daya <em>microwave</em> 760 Watt. Daya serap minyak tertinggi 1,08 mg/l pada durasi perebusan 3 jam dan daya <em>microwave </em>760 Watt.</p><p><strong><br /></strong><em></em></p><strong><em>Abstract:</em></strong><em>Â Lindur fruit is a fruit that from mangrove plants with a high carbohydrate content. Lindur fruit can be used to make flour to practical and has a longer storage time. Boiling was aimed at reducing the tannin content in the fruit. The lindur fruit flour drying process was done by using a microwave oven. The use of microwave ovens was based on previous research which explained that the results obtained produce better color products and lower energy consumption. The purpose of this study was to determine the physical quality of lindur fruit flour. The results of this study were that the water content in lindur fruit flour obtained a value of &lt;13% with a physical quality of brightness (L) at 1-hour of boiling duration and 399-Watts microwave power received the highest value of 79.12. The highest reddish color (a) value was 6.12 at 3-hours duration and 760-Watts microwave power. The highest yellowish color (b) value was 15.80 at 1-hour boiling duration and 399-Watts microwave power. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis metode studi kepustakaan (<em>library research</em>). Metode studi kepustakaan mengacuh pada teori maupun hasil dari beberapa literatur-literatur ilmiah seperti buku, jurnal, penelitian terdahulu maupun peraturan pemerintah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik pengelolaan sampah <em>zero waste</em> telah berhasil mengurangi volume sampah yang dibuang ke tempat pembuangan akhir dan meningkatkan partisipasi serta kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan sampah yang berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan. Meski demikian, penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan adanya tantangan dalam implementasi <em>zero waste</em>, termasuk kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang prinsip zero waste dan kebutuhan untuk peningkatan infrastruktur pendukung. The research method used is the type of library research method. The library study method refers to theories and results from several scientific literatures such as books, journals, previous research and government regulations. The results of the study show that the practice of zero waste waste management has succeeded in reducing the volume of waste disposed of in landfills and increasing public participation and awareness of sustainable and environmentally friendly waste management. However, this research also reveals that there are challenges in implementing zero waste, including a lack of public understanding of the principle of zero waste and the need to improve supporting infrastructure. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi kepustakaan (<em>library research</em>). Metode studi kepustakaan mengacuh pada teori maupun hasil dari beberapa literatur-literatur ilmiah seperti buku, jurnal, penelitian terdahulu maupun peraturan pemerintah. Â Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adopsi transportasi berkelanjutan memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas udara, ditandai dengan penurunan kadar polutan udara seperti karbon monoksida dan partikulat. Selain itu, kesejahteraan masyarakat juga meningkat, terlihat dari penurunan prevalensi penyakit pernapasan dan peningkatan mobilitas masyarakat. Namun, untuk memperoleh manfaat optimal, diperlukan sinergi antara pemerintah, industri, dan masyarakat dalam mendukung dan menerapkan inisiatif transportasi berkelanjutan. The method used in this research is library research. The library study method refers to theories and results from several scientific literatures such as books, journals, previous research and government regulations. The results of the study show that the adoption of sustainable transportation has a positive impact on improving air quality, marked by a decrease in air pollutant levels such as carbon monoxide and particulate matter. In addition, people's welfare has also increased, as seen from the reduction in the prevalence of respiratory diseases and increased mobility of the people. However, to obtain optimal benefits, synergy between government, industry and society is needed in supporting and implementing sustainable transportation initiatives. The research results show that the government has issued a series of regulations that require industries to process waste before it is discharged into the environment and encourage people to adopt environmentally friendly practices. However, there are challenges in implementing and monitoring these policies, which require collaboration between government, industry and society.
