The type of research used is causal associative with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is the census method. Respondents with a total of 37 people from Loang Maka Village, Janapria District, Central Lombok. The data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and disseminating questionnaires containing statements about intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and the performance of village devices. The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis by using the SPSS version 26 For Windows program. The results of the data analysis showed that; (1) intellectual intelligence has a positive and insignificant effect on the work of the device, (2) emotional intelligence has a negative and significant effect on the performance of the village device.</em></p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRAK</em></strong></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja perangkat Desa Loang Maka Kecamatan Janapria. Research type is descriptive with quantitative approach. The companys sampling technique uses purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used are documentation. Types and sources of data used are secondary data in the form data needed from 2016- 2020, the data is taken from the foreing exchange banking company published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a sample determination technique with the proportional stratified random sampling method (proportional random sample), the sampling is done randomly by giving a set of questions or a written statement to each respondent to answered the number of respondents in this study amounted to 53 people. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of the analysis show that: 1. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Regional Revenue Management Agency of Central Lombok Regency. 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik penentuan sampel dengan metode <em>proporsinal stratifie</em><em>d random sampling </em>(sample acak proporsional), pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak dengan memberikan seperangkat pertanyaan atau pernyataan tertulis kepada tiap-tiap respoden untuk dijawabnya jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 53 orang.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. The purpose of this study was to examine Experiential Marketing, Service Quality, and Driver Attitude on Customer Satisfaction with Grab Users in Mataram City. The type of research used is causal associative research, the research location is in Mataram City to a sample of Grab online transportation users with a sample of 80 respondents who have at least used Grab online transportation at least twice. The analysis used includes instrument test data, validity test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, normality test,heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis testing (t test) from the analysis concluded that experiental marketing has a significantly affect on costumer satisfaction, service quality has a significantly affect on costumer satisfaction, driver attitude has a significantly affect on costumer satisfaction Grab in Mataram city</em><em>.</em></p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRAK</em></strong></p>Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh <em>Experiental Marketing</em>, Kualitas Pelayanan, Dan <em>Driver Attitude</em> Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Pengguna Grab Di Kota Mataram. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji <em>Experiental Marketing</em>, Kualitas Pelayanan, Dan <em>Driver Attitude</em> Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Pengguna Grab Di Kota Mataram. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal, lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kota Mataram kepada sampel pengguna transportasi online Grab dengan jumlah sampel 80 responden yang setidaknya pernah menggunakan transportasi online Grab minimal dua kali. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji instrument data, uji validitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolinieritas, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas), dan uji hipotesis (uji t) dari hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa <em>experiental marketing </em>berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan<em>, </em>kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan <em>driver attitude </em>berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. So that this research variable consists of 3 (three) independent variables, namely brand image (X1), lifestyle (X2), and product quality (X3) and 1 (one) dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions (Y). The population in this study are all consumers who live or are domiciled in the Mataram City area who have purchased an iPhone Smartphone. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 respondents.</em></p><p><em>The results of this study indicate that the brand image (X1) and lifestyle (X2) variables have a positive but not significant effect on the iPhone smartphone purchase decision. This is evidenced by the results of the t-test of the brand image variable (X1) which is the t-count value of 0.232 where this value is smaller than the t-table of 1.985. The t test criteria if sig (0.817) &gt; 0.05 then the brand image variable has no significant effect on the iPhone smartphone purchase decision, and the t test results on the lifestyle variable (X2) is the t count value of 0.781 where this value is smaller than the t table of 1,985. The t test criteria if sig (0.437) &gt; 0.05 then the lifestyle variable has no significant effect on the iPhone smartphone purchase decision. While the results of the product quality variable (X3) have a positive and significant effect on the iPhone smartphone purchase decision. This is evidenced by the results of the t-test, namely that the t-count value is 7.091 where this value is greater than the t-table of 1.985. The t-test criteria if sig (0.000) &lt;0.05 then the product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on the iPhone smartphone purchase decision.</em></p><p align="center"><strong>ABSTRA</strong><strong>K</strong></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh <em>brand image, lifestyle</em>, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian <em>smartphone iPhone</em> di Kota Mataram. Sehingga variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 (tiga) variabel independen yaitu <em>brand image </em>(X1), <em>lifestyle</em> (X2), dan kualitas produk (X3) serta 1 (satu) variable dependen yaitu keputusan pembelian (Y). populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang bertempat tinggal atau berdomisili di wilayah Kota Mataram yang pernah melakukan pembelian <em>Smartphone iPhone</em>. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden.</p>Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel <em>brand image</em> (X1) dan <em>lifestyle</em> (X2) berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian <em>smartphone iPhone</em>. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t dari variabel <em>brand image</em> (X1) adalah nilai t hitung sebesar 0,232 dimana nilai ini lebih kecil dari t tabel sebesar 1,985. Sedangkan hasil dari variabel kualitas produk (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusam pembelian <em>smartphone iPhone</em>. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t yaitu bahwa nilai t hitung sebesar 7,091 dimana nilai ini lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 1,985.
