PEMANFAATAN BAHAN RAMAH LINGKUNGAN UNTUK DESAIN PENGHIJAUAN VERTIKAL SEBAGAI UPAYA MENCIPTAKAN KENYAMANAN TERMAL

Abstrak: Keberadaan tanaman dapat membuat manusia merasa teduh karena penggunakan elemen tanaman memberi kesan yang dinamis dan menarik pada suatu bangunan. Salah satu bentuk dari green architecture yang dapat diterapkan pada bangunan rumah yaitu green panel. Selain berfungsi untuk mereduksi panas sinar matahari, green panel berfungsi untuk menghadirkan efek visual, serta sebagai penanda lokasi yang mempertimbangkan aspek proporsi, aspek keseimbangan serta keamanan dalam pemilihan material. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra Kegiatan PPM Pembinaan dilakukan dengan metode sosialisasi dan demonstration plot selama proses sosialisasi desain green panel dilaksanakan. Hasil yang di dapat adalah Pemahaman masyarakat kelurahan Pematang Gubernur, Kecamatan Muara Bangkahulu terhadap bentuk desain modul green panel dalam menyikapi fungsinya terhadap kenyamanan termal di dalam rumah tinggal.
Abstract: The existence of plants can make people feel shady because using plant elements gives a dynamic and interesting impression on a building. One of the forms of green architecture that can be applied to house building is the green panel. In addition to functioning to reduce sunlight heat, the green panel serves to present visual effects, as well as a location marker that considers the proportion aspect, balance aspect, and security in material selection. Solutions offered to solve the problem of partners PPM coaching activities are conducted by methods of socialization and demonstration plot during the socialization process Green panel design is implemented. The result is the understanding of the Community village of Pematang Governor, District Muara Bangkahulu against the design of Green panel modules in addressing its function to thermal comfort in a residential home.
