Abstrak: Kurangnya sosialisasi undang-undang No. 14 tahun 2005 tentang guru dan dosen secara detail, kurangnya pemahaman guru tentang implementasi undang-undang No. 14 tahun 2005 tentang guru dan dosen berdasarkan profil Pancasila. Tujuan artikel ini untuk menjelaskan soft skill guru melalui diseminasi Undang-Undang Nomor 14 tahun 2005 tentang tugas guru dalam mendidik dan membimbing anak berdasarkan profil pancasila. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan dan pembimbingan intensif dengan melibatkan guru sebanyak 21 guru di SMP Negeri 2 Labuapi Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa soft skill guru setelah mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat mencapai rata-rata 91.05 dengan kategori sangat memahami. Kegiatan ini sangat membantu guru dalam mendidik dan membina anak harus mengikuti penjelasan Undang-Undang No. 14 Tahun 2005 tentang guru dan dosen. Profil pelajar Pancasila merupakan bentuk pendidikan karakter di era industry 4.0, dengan capaian indikator yang harus dimiliki peserta didik yakni beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, dan berakhlak mulia, berkebinekaan global, bergotong-royong, mandiri, bernalar kritis, dan kreatif. Serta guru mata pelajaran memahami menyusun perangkat pembelajaran berbasis karakter profil pelajar Pancasila.
Abstract: Lack of detailed dissemination of Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning teachers and lecturers, lack of understanding of teachers regarding the implementation of Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning teachers and lecturers based on the profile of Pancasila. The purpose of this article is to explain the soft skills of teachers through the dissemination of Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning the teacher's duties in educating and guiding children based on the Pancasila profile. Implementing community service uses an intensive training and mentoring approach involving 21 teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Labuapi, West Lombok Regency. Based on the results and discussion, it was concluded that the soft skills of teachers after participating in community service activities reached an average of 91.05 in the same understanding category. This activity helps teachers in educating and fostering children must follow the explanation of Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning teachers and lecturers. The profile of Pancasila students is a form of character education in the industrial era 4.0, with the achievement indicators that students must have, namely faith, fear of God Almighty, and have a noble character, global diversity, cooperation, independence, critical thinking, and creativity. As well as the subject teachers understanding of compiling learning tools based on the character of the Pancasila student profile.
