PEMBERDAYAAN HUKUM DAN LINGKUNGAN DALAM MENDUKUNG SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

Abstrak: Desa Babakankaret merupakan salah satu desa di Kabupaten Cianjur yang memiliki potensi sumber daya alam yang cukup besar. Permasalahan yang dialami mitra adalah minimnya modal warga tidak produktif untuk dapat mengelola lingkungan desa yang memiliki sumber daya alam,Tujuan penyelenggaraan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini agar dapat meningkatkan pemahaman legalitas dalam berkontrak bagi kelompok tani dan pemberdayaan lingkungan di Desa Babakankaret.. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggunakan Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR) yaitu metode yang mengutamakan partisipasi masyarakat dalam setiap tahap penelitian dan pengabdian, lalu diturunkan dalam tiga tahapan yaitu tahap survey, tahap pelaksanaan penanaman bibit dan diakhiri dengan tahapan sosialisasi perjanjian bagi hasil. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah pemberdayaan lingkungan pada Desa Babakankaret dengan ditanamnya 3000 bibit hibah dari Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (KLHK) pada 5 lokasi Desa. Pemberdayaan hukum yang terlaksana adalah 90% dari 40 warga Desa Babakankaret dari beberapa elemen masyarakat telah memahami pentingnya hukum dan tersosialisasinya perjanjian bagi hasil yang akan digunakan warga desa apabila akan melakukan perjanjian dengan pemilik tanah yang ingin dikelola oleh kelompok tani yang ada di Desa Babakankaret.
Abstract: Babakankaret Village is one of the villages in Cianjur Regency which has quite large natural resource potential. The problem experienced by partners is the lack of capital for unproductive residents to be able to manage the village environment which has natural resources, this is also reinforced by the low knowledge of legal partners to enter into production sharing agreements with landowners so they can manage productively. The method of implementing community service uses Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR), which is a method that prioritizes community participation in each stage of research and community service, then is passed down in three stages, namely the survey stage, the seed liberation stage and ends with the agreement socialization stage for results for the population village. The result of the implementation of community service is environmental empowerment in Babakankaret Village by planting 3,000 grant seeds from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) in 5 village locations. The legal empowerment that was carried out was that 90% of the 40 residents of Babakankaret Village from several elements of society had understood the importance of law and the socialization of Income share agreements that would be used by villagers when they were to have relations with landowners who wanted to be managed by farmer groups in Babakankaret Village.
