PELATIHAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS PROYEK PADA GURU SMP

Abstrak: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan guru tentang model Project Based Learning (pembelajaran berbasis proyek). Peserta kegiatan adalah guru SMP Negeri 1 Kurau Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah ceramah, diskusi, pelatihan dan tanya jawab. Dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek di Kabupaten Tanah Laut ini dapat disimpulkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang model pembelajaran yang inovatif seperti model Project Based Learning. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan adanya perbedaan hasil pre-test dan post-test. Pada hasil pre-test 0 peserta yang memiliki kriteria baik, 33% dengan kriteria cukup dan 67% memperoleh nilai dengan kriteria kurang. Sedangkan pada hasil posttest, 27% peserta memperoleh nilai dengan kriteria baik, 53% memperoleh nilai dengan kriteria cukup dan 27% peserta yang memperoleh nilai dengan kriteria kurang.
Abstract: This activity aims to increase teacher knowledge about the Project Based Learning model (project-based learning). The activity participants were teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Kurau, Tanah Laut Regency. The methods for carrying out activities are lectures, discussions, training and questions and answers. From the implementation of project-based learning model training activities in Tanah Laut Regency, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in participants' knowledge about innovative learning models such as the Project Based Learning model. This can be seen from the results of the evaluation which shows that there are differences in the results of the pre-test and post-test. In the pre-test results, 0% of participants had good criteria, 33% had sufficient criteria and 67% had scores with poor criteria. Meanwhile, in the post test results, 27% of participants got good marks, 53% got good marks and 27% of participants got poor marks.
