Abstract: The aims of the training are to motivate the participants to learn English more seriously in their young age, and to improve their English ability to speak English. To reach these objectives, the team used some approaches such as, lecturing, discussion, questioning and answering, and also some effective teaching techniques for teenagers, such as repetition, role playing and games. The team also prepared modules with interesting topics that were tailored to the abilities of the participants. This program could motivate participants to learn English as fun activities. It could be seen that they were very enthusiastic to participate in all activities conducted by the Team. The main obstacle of this program was time-constrain. The participants had a very tight schedule from both the school and the foundation. The suggested solution that might be effective to overcome this problem is to motivate the participants to be autonomous learners under the control of their English teacher or English instructor.
