Abstract: Perception of the harmful effect of cigarettes can be formed since childhood. According to Aisyah and Prameswari, the perception of elementary school students in Cimalaka subdistrict still negatively perceives the dangers of cigarettes (75%). This negative perception is caused by a lack of knowledge about smoking hazards. The purpose of implementing this community service is to increase the knowledge of elementary school students so that a positive perception of smoking hazards is formed early. The PKm method uses the ICARE method (Identification, Consolidation, Action, Reflection, and Evaluation). Giving knowledge to students begins with a pre-test and then provides material online using video and books. Learning is carried out for six days in which in one day, students are asked to watch videos and read books that are given twice. Post-test evaluation is carried out at the end of the lesson. The results showed that the paired T-test showed the p-value (0.00), which means a significant difference before and after treatment with a correlation value (0.576), which means a healthy relationship. This community service activity will then become the foundation for efforts to create a smoke-free area.
