Abstract:Â Online learning during a pandemic has many challenges. Readiness of human resources in the implementation as well as the availability of advice and supporting infrastructure. This is a homework that is still being done and improved. The results of the interviews showed that teachers were still not ready as designers of the learning process to carry out online activities. Thus, training and assistance in the learning management system is needed, one of which is using Google Classroom. Implementation methods in this activity include coaching, mentoring and implementation. The three methods are carried out alternately in two ways, offline and online. Community service activities carried out have an influence on the motivation, innovation and creativity of teachers in the process of implementing online learning during a pandemic by utilizing information technology. The ability of teachers to use LMS, especially Google Classroom, has increased and has readiness in implementing it in the learning process in their online classes.Â
