Limited information and the ability to manage long-term finances make many households experience financial difficulties. In fact, there are many ways and media that can be used as a tool to earn additional income that can be saved as savings and can be used for the future while protecting the environment from waste that is very disturbing. Therefore, the introduction and practice of saving waste is carried out to increase public literacy as an activity that provides many benefits. The results of the implementation of this program show a positive impact, especially for the people of the Sembego area, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Plastic and paper waste can be deposited and exchanged for savings whose amount will be accumulated at the time of depositing the waste. This program makes people creative and disciplined in sorting out which waste can be used to increase savings.

Tujuan dari pemberdayaan adalah untuk memberdayakan kemandirian masyarakat yang merupakan sumber kehidupan yang abadi dan modal utama bagi suatu masyarakat untuk berkembang dan menopang dirinya sendiri di tengah masyarakat lain. Pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat dipandang penting untuk mewujudkan struktur ekonomi yang seimbang, berkembang, dan berkeadilan menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan kapasitas usaha masyarakat menjadi usaha yang kuat dan mandiri dan meningkatkan peran masyarakat dalam pembangunan daerah, penciptaan lapangan kerja, pemerataan pendapatan, pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan pengentasan kemiskinan. Konteks strategi pemberdayaan ini difokuskan pada budidaya Mutiara Mabe untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir di Kelurahan Palabusa Kota Baubau. Metode analisis SWOT untuk merumuskan berbagai strategi pemberdayaan. Hasil pengabdian ini menganalisis strategi pemberdayaan dan uraian penerapan strategi pemberdayaan Petani Mutiara Mabe di kelurahan Palabusa Kota Baubau. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukka beberapa strategi pengembangan usaha yang efektif untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat Petani Mutiara Mabe, yaitu: a) pengembangan kerjasama antara pemerintah dan kelompok usaha masyarakat dengan melibatkan perguruan tinggi sebagai fasilitator ahli, b) pemusatan peran stakeholders dalam pembinaan kelompok usaha budidaya Mutiara Mabe, c) pengembangan sistem permodalan dan pengelolaan usaha yang baik melalui koperasi atau lembaga keuangan lainnya, mengadakan pelatihan dan pengelolaan usaha. Selain itu implementasi strategi pemberdayaan kelompok petani Mutiara Mabe dapat dilakukan melalui metode: pembentukan kelompok, penguatan kelompok, pelatihan, pelaksanaan program, pemantauan, evaluasi, dan penguatan.

Covid-19 virus has spread to various countries around the world. The risk of death due to the spread of this virus is known to increase if it is accompanied by other comorbidities. This virus causes death for the sufferer. One of the policies implemented by the government to reduce the spread of virus is to provide Covid-19 vaccines to citizens. Vaccine serves to provide immunity to the body to fight infection with Covid-19. The community service method carried out was to make a survey related to areas that still lack vaccination facilities, and then make socialization to the community. After the two methods were implemented, the volunteers make a health check and continued by injecting a vaccine dose of 1, 2, and a booster. Total data on vaccine recipients consisted of 316 people from which 72 people were injected with vaccine dose 1, 147 people were injected with vaccine dose 2, and 97 people were injected with booster vaccine. The conclusion of this article is an increase in the number of the general public who are served by vaccination

Edukasi Prokes 5m Berbasis Social Capital Sebagai Strategi Pemulihan Perekonomian Pelaku Umkm Desa Sukarara Kabupaten Lombok Tengah

The decline in sales as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic which began in 2020 was around 75% which had a very bad impact on UMKMÂ businesses and there was still a decline until the following year in 2021. Strengthening of social capital in dealing with the current Covid-19 pandemic is an alternative strategy to stay afloat in difficult times. To assist the government's efforts in dealing with this problem and as a strategy for economic recovery, Lecturer Service Team of STIA Mataram carried out services through educating and outreach to several UMKM actors in Sukarara Village, Central Lombok District. This service is carried out with the aim of educating UMKM actors on the importance of implementing the 5M Health Protocol (Prokes) in dealing with the corona virus, namely the implementing of wearing masks, keeping distance, washing hands, avoiding crowds and reducing mobility (Kemenkes RI, 2021). The method applied is in the form of educational and socialization. The results obtained are increasing knowledge of the participants, which in this case are UMKM actors in Sukarara Village, Central Lombok District, so that the economic recovery can be resolved.

Pengabdian ini berjudul â€œPelatihan Personality Development Dan Keterampilan Bekomunikasi Bahasa Indonesia Yang Benar Bagi Pemandu Wisata Di Kawasan Pantai Gili Lampuâ€ Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memahami cara mengembangkan kemampuan diri dan cara bekomunikasi yang baik saat menjalani profesi sebagai pemandu dan pelaku wisata, karena dengan memadainya pengetahuan para pemandu dan pelaku wisata di pantai gili lampu, ini secara langsung akan berpengaruh terhadap cara mereka melayani para wisatawan yang berkunjung.. Pelatihan ini akan di berikan oleh Dosen-dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan serta simulasi dalam konteks memberikan pelatihan dan pengarahan kepada kelompok masyarakat agar mereka bisa menggunakan keterampilan berkomunikasi yang baik sebagai alat untuk berkomunikasi dengan wisatawan saat ini. Adapun tahapan yang dilakukan adalah Tahapan Persiapan dan pelaksanaan Pelatihan .

Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah dengaan adanya pelatihan ini diharapakan mindsed para pelaku dan pemandu wisata yang ada dikawasan pantai gili lampu tahu cara berpariwisata yang professional agar semua elemen masyarakat yang ada dikawasan pantai gili lampu merasakan dampak dari adanya kegiatan pariwisata di daerah mereka sehingga masyarakat ikut berpartisipasi dalam mendorong kemajuan pariwisata pantai gili lampu.

In practice there are many kinds of cooperatives, one of which is popular in the community is the Savings and Loans Cooperative. Likewise with the Samangawa Welfare Enterprise (UKS). The basic principle of establishing this UKS is on the basis of kinship and mutual cooperation to help each other for the sake of mutual welfare but not yet a legal entity like a Cooperative.The basic principle of UKS is to have members in the Ambalawi family unit, Bima Regency, who are domiciled in Mataram City. UKS is managed independently, where the highest authority is at the Members' Meeting. UKS profits in the form of Remaining Operating Results (SHU) are divided fairly according to the agreement in the Members' Meeting. Seeing this potential, the UKS management must be able to compile books and financial reports in accordance with accounting standards for the sustainability of UKS, so that it can continue to grow and develop. So it is necessary to socialize the preparation of books and financial reports according to accounting standards so that management can present these reports according to accounting standards. This socialization was carried out for 1 (day) located at the house of the Head of UKS Mataram. There were 5 participants who took part in this activity, consisting of the chairman, treasurer, secretary and several members of the Mataram UKS. The output of this community service activity is that it is hoped that the management will be able to compile and present books and financial reports in accordance with accounting standards, so that the circulation of money in UKS can run in a balanced manner, which in turn can improve the welfare of the management and members of UKS Mataram.
