Abstract:  Amadanom Village is one of the villages located in Dampit Subdistrict, Malang Regency with an area of 689.16 Ha with dominant community livelihoods in the agricultural sector. Amadanom villagers rely on agricultural products in the form of agricultural products, especially coffee. This study aims to determine the mapping of the potential of plantations by arranging root causes and problem trees in Amadanom Village by paying attention to spatial patterns. The approach used in this study is a qualitative and quantitative approach with primary data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). The analysis used is spatial pattern analysis, analysis of potential and problems, as well as root and problem tree analysis. The results showed that there were several causes of plantation problems that resulted in suboptimal management of estate crops. The development of Amadanom Village is known to have not been maximized with existing plantation problems including pests and diseases as well as a lack of farmers' insights in the care and management of plantations. Processing of plantation products that have not been maximized causes low selling prices.
