Abstrak:
Pandemi memaksa orang tua untuk menjadi pendamping belajar anak-anaknya. Hal ini membuat beban kerja orang tua bertambah karena selain pekerjaan sehari-hari, mereka juga harus menemani kegiatan belajar anaknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi interpersonal orang tua dalam mendampingi proses belajar anak di rumah selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Pola Komunikasi Interpersonal Orang Tua dalam Mendampingi Proses Belajar Anak Selama Pandemi Covid-19 di Desa Jelapang yaitu pola komunikasi sekunder (2) Hambatan yang dialami orang tua dalam mendampingi proses belajar anak selama masa pandemi adalah hambatan sosiologis dan ekologis. , hambatan sosiologis seperti faktor pendidikan orang tua yang sebagian besar tamatan SMP dan untuk hambatan ekologis yaitu faktor lingkungan dan pekerjaan orang tua yang bermata pencaharian sebagai petani/pekebun.
Abstract:
The pandemic has forced parents to be their children's learning companions. This makes the workload of parents increase because in addition to their daily work, they also have to accompany their children's learning activities. This study aims to determine the pattern of parental interpersonal communication in accompanying the child's learning process at home during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method in this study is a qualitative research method. The results of this study indicate that, (1) Parents' Interpersonal Communication Patterns in Accompanying Children's Learning Process During the Covid-19 Pandemic in Jelapang Village, namely secondary communication patterns (2) Obstacles experienced by parents in assisting children's learning processes during the pandemic are sociology and ecological barriers. , sociological barriers such as the education factor of parents who mostly graduated from junior high school and for ecological barriers, namely environmental factors and the work of parents who make a living as farmers/planters
