Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan teknik daur ulang plastik memiliki potensi yang signifikan dalam mengatasi pencemaran limbah plastik. Namun, implementasi teknik ini mengharuskan keterlibatan dan kerja sama aktif dari berbagai sektor, termasuk pemerintah, industri, dan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi kepustakaan (library research). Metode studi kepustakaan mengacuh pada teori maupun hasil dari beberapa literatur-literatur ilmiah seperti buku, jurnal, penelitian terdahulu maupun peraturan pemerintah. Â Hasil penelitian pengembangan teknik daur ulang plastik memiliki potensi untuk mengurangi dampak pencemaran limbah plastik, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam merangsang perubahan kesadaran dan praktek berkelanjutan dalam pengelolaan plastik. Di tengah tantangan pencemaran limbah plastik yang semakin mendesak, inisiatif ini diharapkan dapat memimpin menuju lingkungan yang lebih bersih, sehat, dan berkelanjutan bagi masa depan yang lebih baik.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the development of plastic recycling techniques that have significant potential in overcoming plastic waste pollution. However, the implementation of this technique requires the involvement and active cooperation of various sectors, including government, industry and society. The method used in this research is library research. The library study method refers to theories and results from several scientific literatures such as books, journals, previous research and government regulations. The results of research on the development of plastic recycling techniques have the potential to reduce the impact of plastic waste pollution, this research contributes to stimulating changes in awareness and sustainable practices in plastic management. In the midst of the increasingly pressing challenges of plastic waste pollution, this initiative is expected to lead to a cleaner, healthier and more sustainable environment for a better future.
