Abstract

Abstrak: Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Sanggar Juang dengan warga belajar pendidikan kecakapan hidup sejumlah 20 orang. Produk yang dihasilkan oleh warga belajar program pendidikan kecakapan hidup di PKBM Sanggar Juang antara lain olahan pangan local seperti keripik talas, sabun pencuci piring, keripik sayur, dan makanan ringan. Mitra mengalami kendala dalam membuat desain merk, menjual hasil produksi secara online dan bagaimana membuat label kemasan yang menarik. Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah mitra memiliki pengetahuan baru mengenai pemasaran produk secara online melalui market place, dan peningkatan kemampuan desain merk dan desain kemasan produk. Kegiatan yang diberikan oleh tim peneliti adalah pembuatan akun marketplace serta optimalisasi marketplace untuk menjual produk warga belajar PKBM Sanggar Juang dan pelatihan pembuatan desain merk dan desain label kemasan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Metode pada pengabdian ini diawali dengan kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan terakhir dilakukan observasi dan evaluasi. Pada perencanaan tim melakukan wawancara pemberian pretest dan observasi, sedangkan pada saat pelakanaan tim melakukan kegiatan pelatihan dan diakhiri dengan melakukan evaluasi berupa posttest dan pengawasan serta pendampingan penggunaan pengetahuan setelah dilakukan pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian pelatihan yang diberikan menunjukkan bahwa para peserta telah mampu membuat design merk dan desain kemasan yang menarik, warga belajar PKBM Sanggar Juang juga sudah mampu membuat akun di beberapa marketplace dimana peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sebesar 35% dan dari evaluasi pelatihan bahwa 25% menyatakan pelatihan baik dan 75% menyatakan pelatihan ini Sangat Baik.

Abstract: Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) Sanggar Juang with 20 people learning life skills education. The products produced by residents studying the life skills education program at PKBM Sanggar Juang include processed local foods such as taro chips, dish soap, vegetable chips, and snacks. Partners experience problems in making brand designs, selling products online and how to make attractive packaging labels. The purpose of this training activity is for partners to have new knowledge about online product marketing through market places, and to improve brand design and product packaging design capabilities. The activities provided by the research team were creating a marketplace account and optimizing the marketplace to sell products for the Sanggar Juang PKBM learning community and training on making brand designs and packaging label designs using the Canva application. The method of this service begins with planning, implementation and finally observation and evaluation. In planning, the team conducted interviews with pretests and observations, while during the implementation the team carried out training activities and ended with an evaluation in the form of posttests and supervision and assistance in the use of knowledge after the training. The results of the training service activities provided indicate that the participants have been able to create attractive brand designs and packaging designs, PKBM Sanggar Juang learning residents have also been able to create accounts in several marketplaces where the participants' knowledge increased by 35% and from the training evaluation that 25% stated that the training good and 75% said this training was Very Good.
