PELATIHAN PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN OPERATOR GEDUNG DI KUALA TANJUNG KABUPATEN BATUBARA

Abstrak: Gedung Inalum Kuala Tanjung adalah gedung termegah di kabupaten Batubara, Sumatera Utara. Gedung diresmikan pada 6 Januari 2021 oleh menteri BUMN. Dengan mengusung Smart and Green Building, pimpinan Inalum memiliki komitmen tinggi atas nilai-nilai keramahan lokal. Tenaga kerja yang diserap memprioritaskan warga lokal. Permasalahan timbul ketika tenaga lokal yang direkrut minim pengalaman dalam mengoperasikan gedung bertingkat tinggi. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada karyawan pengelola gedung agar memahami instalasi listrik dan peralatan pendukung. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan pelatihan dan praktek ke lokasi peralatan yang mendukung operasional gedung Inalum. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 12 anggota teknisi, 4 orang petugas keamanan, 5 orang petugas housekeeping dan 2 orang petugas gondola. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 12 Juli 2021. Capaian kegiatan ini meningkatkan soft skill yang semula test awal hasilnya 42% menjadi 88% saat post test.
Abstract: The Inalum building Kuala Tanjung is the biggest in the Batubara district, North Sumatra. The Minister of SOEs inaugurated the building on January 6, 2021. By carrying out Smart and Green Building, Inalum's leadership is highly committed to local hospitality values. The absorbed workforce prioritizes residents. Problems arise when recruited local workers lack experience in operating high-rise buildings. The purpose of this activity is to provide training to building management employees to understand electrical installations and supporting equipment. The method used is by training and practicing the location of the equipment that supports the operation of the Inalum building. The training was attended by 12 technicians, four securities, five housekeeping, and two gondola man. The activity was carried out on July 12, 2021. The achievement of this activity increased soft skill from the initial test, and the results were 42% to 88% during the post-test.
