PENINGKATAN PERAN KADER MELALUI EDUKASI DALAM PENCEGAHAN STUNTING DI KEMAYORAN JAKARTA PUSAT

Abstrak: Berdasarkan data badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) di Provinsi DKI, bayi dengan ASI eksklusif sebesar 70,86% tahun 2020, belum mencapai target Nasional sebesar 80%. Upaya dilakukan untuk peningkatan status gizi bayi dengan pemberian ASI-Eksklusif dan Makanan Pendamping-ASI (MP-ASI). Tujuan untuk peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam upaya pencegahan stunting bagi kader kesehatan dan ibu hamil posyandu Wijaya Kusuma I dan II dan dilaksanakan di Klinik Pratama Auditya Medika. Metode ceramah, diskusi dan demonstrasi, materi yang diberikan Peduli ASI Eksklusif dan PM-ASI Generasi Cerdas Bebas Stunting. Media power point, lembar balik, booklet, banner dan alat peraga. Dihadirkan 14 kader kesehatan dan 3 ibu hamil dengan Indikator keberhasilan dari hasil pre-test dan post-test, dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian materi. Hasil terdapatnya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dengan hasil pre-test 89,8% dan post-test 90,9%. Pemberian edukasi efektif agar kader kesehatan dan ibu hamil dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang pemberian ASI-Esklusif dan PM-ASI sehat.
Abstract: According to data from DKI Province’s Central Statistics Agency (BPS), babies with exclusive breastfeeding are 70.86% in 2020, yet to reach the nasional target 80%.. Efforts were made to improve the nutritional status of infants by providing exclusive breastfeeding and complementary foods (MP-ASI). The aim is to increase the knowledge and skills to prevent stunting for health cadres and pregnant women at Wijaya Kusuma I and II Posyandu in Clinic of Pratama Auditya Medika. Methods of lectures, discussions, and demonstrations, the material provided is Exclusive Breastfeeding Care and Stunting Free Smart Generation PM-ASI. Power point media, flipcharts, booklets, banners and props. 14 health cadres and 3 pregnant women were present with indicators of success, carried out before and after giving the material. The result is an increase knowledge and skills with pre-test 89.8% and post-test 90.9%. Effective education should be made so that health cadres and pregnant women can increase their knowledge and skills about exclusive breastfeeding and healthy PM-ASI.
