PELATIHAN BAHAN AJAR DIGITAL BERBASIS REAL LIFE BAGI GURU-GURU SMA

Abstrak: Kurangnya pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam menyusun bahan ajar pada guru-guru SMA N 4 Takalar, sehingga masih kesulitan dalam menyiapkan dan menyusun bahan ajar digital yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah Pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan bahan ajar digital berbasis real life bagi guru-guru SMA Negeri 4 Takalar. Dengan tujuan yaitu (1) guru-guru di SMA Negeri 4 Takalar menghasilkan 1 bahan ajar digital berbasis real life sesuai bidang masing-masing; dan (2) guru-guru SMA Negeri 4 Takalar mampu menyusun bahan ajar digital berbasis real life. Metode pelaksanaan yang ditawarkan yaitu pendekatan partisipatori dan solusi. Partisipatori merupakan pendekatan yang melibatkan secara proaktif pihak tim pengusul dan mitra. Dengan mitra guru SMA Negeri 4 Takalar yang dihadiri oleh 18 orang guru. Sedangkan untuk pendekatan solusi digunakan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan uji greogory diperoleh nilai R 0,95 yang berarti bahan ajar yang telah disusun layak digunakan sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru-guru SMA Negeri 4 Takalar mampu menyusun dan menghasilkan bahan ajar digital berbasis real life sesuai dengan bidang masing-masing.
Abstract: Lack of understanding and skills in compiling teaching materials for SMA N 4 Takalar teachers, so it is still difficult to prepare and compile digital teaching materials tailored to the needs of students. The solution to overcome this problem is training and assistance in making digital teaching materials based on real life for teachers of SMA Negeri 4 Takalar. With the aim that (1) teachers at SMA Negeri 4 Takalar produce 1 digital teaching material based on real life according to their respective fields; and (2) SMA Negeri 4 Takalar teachers are able to compile digital teaching materials based on real life, the implementation method offered is a participatory approach and solution. With partner teacher at SMA Negeri 4 Takalarwhich was attended by 18 teachers. Participatory is an approach that proactively involves the proposing team and partners. As for the solution approach, training and mentoring are used. The results based on the greogory test obtained an R value of 0.95 which means that the teaching materials that have been prepared are suitable for use so that it can be concluded that SMA Negeri 4 Takalar teachers are able to compile and produce real life-based digital teaching materials in accordance with their respective fields.
