PELATIHAN KADER POSYANDU REMAJA DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN KADER REMAJA

Abstrak: Permasalahan gizi pada remaja adalah stunting, wasting, kegemukan/obesitas, Kurang Energi Kronik (KEK), Kekurangan zat gizi mikro, Anemia dan gangguan makan (anoreksia nervosa dan bulimia nervosa). Untuk mengatasi masalah – masalah kesehatan yang terjadi pada remaja, maka diperlukan upaya penanggulangan secara komprehensif yaitu dengan membentuk wadah posyandu remaja. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan keterampilan pada remaja yang akan menjadi kader Posyandu Remaja. Sasaran utama adalah remaja sebanyak 30 orang. Metode kegiatan dengan memberikan pelatihan tentang pengukuran antropometri meliputi pengukuran status anemia dan risiko KEK pada remaja. Selain itu, sasaran juga diberikan edukasi tentang gizi seimbang bagi remaja dalam bentuk penyuluhan. Evaluasi kegiatan menggunakan kuesioner pre dan post-test untuk mengetahui peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan sasaran. Setelah pelatihan sebagian besar (93,3%) pengetahuan kader posyandu remaja tentang gizi seimbang, KEK, obesitas dan anemia setelah pelatihan dalam kategori cukup.
Abstract: Nutritional problems in adolescents are stunting, wasting, overweight/obesity, chronic energy deficiency (CED), micronutrient deficiencies, anemia, and eating disorders (anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa). A comprehensive management effort is needed to overcome adolescent health problems by forming a youth Posyandu forum. This activity aims to provide skills training to youth who will become Posyandu Youth cadres. The main target is teenagers, as many as 30 people. The activity method of delivering training on anthropometric measurements includes measuring anemia status and the risk of CED in adolescents. In addition, the target is also given education about balanced nutrition for adolescents through counseling. Evaluation of activities using a pre-post test questionnaire to determine the increase in target knowledge. After the training, most of the youth posyandu cadres (93.3%) had a good category about balanced nutrition, KEK, obesity, and anemia.
