Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penguatan mengenai penting nya peningkatan akreditasi dan bagaimana menjngkatkan kualitas sekolah kepada MTs dan MA Aziziyyah Ciledug, Kelurahan Sudimara Selatan, Kecamatan Ciledug, Kota Tangerang, Banten. Terkait Implementasi Tenaga Pendidik Dan Tenaga Kependidikan Untuk Menunjang Dalam Kesiapan Perbaikan Hasil Akreditasi Sekolah pengabdian masyarakat berlangsung dengan memberikan kesempatan kepada setiap tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan untuk meningkatkan akreditasi sekolah dengan melakukan metode pelatihan kepada peseta para dewan guru yang berjumlah 45 orang agar dalam menghadapi akreditasi Sekolah kelak sudah siap dalam setiap standar akreditasi yang ada. Penting nya kegiatan ini dilaksanakan karena kita perlu meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan para guru dan pihak sekolah akan penting nya peningkatan akreditasi dan meningkatkan kualitas sekolah melalui kegiatan seminar ini.
Abstract: This community service activity aims to provide reinforcement regarding the importance of increasing accreditation and how to improve school quality for MTs and MA Aziziyyah Ciledug, Sudimara Selatan Village, Ciledug District, Tangerang City, Banten. Regarding the Implementation of Educators and Education Personnel to Support the Readiness to Improve School Accreditation Results, community service takes place by providing an opportunity for every teaching staff and education staff to improve school accreditation by conducting training methods for 45 teacher council members so that they can face school accreditation later it will be ready in every existing accreditation standard. The importance of this activity is carried out because we need to increase the awareness and knowledge of teachers and the school about the importance of increasing accreditation and improving the quality of schools through this seminar.
