The aim of this commusahay service is to assess the stress levels and the effectiveness of stress management techniques, namely Progressive Muscle Relaxation and Autogenic exercises, for adolescent students in the extracurricular group of the School Health Usaha at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia Gowa. The perceived stress levels of the participants were measured using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) questionnaire. The stress management training, which involved progressive muscle relaxation and autogenic exercises, was conducted for 12 students. The results indicated that the students were able to perform the relaxation techniques independently, and their average total stress level decreased from 20.75 to 16.00 after the therapy. Therefore, it can be concluded that stress scores, as measured by the PSS-10, decreased after the students received the stress management therapy.
