SOSIALISASI PROGRAM SAFETY INDUCTION PADA MAHASISWA ADMINISTRASI BISNIS UNIVERSITAS MULAWARMAN

Abstrak: Permasalahan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja secara umum di Indonesia masih sering terabaikan, hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya angka kecelakaan kerja setiap tahunnya. Pengenalan keselamatan kerja sangat penting untuk dilakukan kepada mitra yang merupakan mahasiswa yang pada akhirnya akan memasuki dunia kerja. Tujuan sosialisasi adalah menambah pengetahuan dan pemahaman Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) terhadap 50 mahasiswa Administrasi Bisnis Universitas Mulawarman angkatan 2020. Adapun metode yang dilakukan berupa sosialiasi materi terkait safety induction melalui aplikasi Zoom meeting. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan instrumen posttest yang diberikan kepada peserta. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi di akhir kegiatan sosialisasi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan sebanyak 95% terkait program safety induction ini. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini berjalan lancar dan mencapai target yang diharapkan.
Abstract: Occupational safety and health issues in general in Indonesia are often neglected, this is indicated by the increasing number of work accidents every year. Introduction to work safety is very important to do for students who will eventually enter the world of work. The purpose of the socialization is to increase knowledge and understanding of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) for Business Administration students at Mulawarman University class of 2020. The method used is in the form of socializing material related to safety induction through the Zoom meeting application. The evaluation was carried out using the posttest instrument given to the participants. Based on the results of the evaluation at the end of the socialization activity, it can be concluded that student participants gained new knowledge regarding this safety induction program. It can be concluded that this activity ran smoothly and achieved the expected target.
