PENDAMPINGAN PENGUKURAN BEBAN LISTRIK PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI APARTEMEN

Abstrak: Dampak Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat di Indonesia mempengaruhi tingkat hunian apartemen. Ketidakmerataan hunian berakibat beban listrik di apartemen tidak seimbang. Ketidakseimbangan beban listrik akan menghasilkan arus listrik yang mengalir pada kabel netral. Ini merupakan kerugian besar yang harus dibayar oleh pelanggan. Dampak lain dari ketidakseimbangan adalah kinerja perlatan listrik menjadi tidak optimal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pendampingan pengukuran beban listrik di Apartemen Pancoran Riverside Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dengan mengukur beban listrik fasa R, S dan T. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini dilihat dari output yang dihasilkan berupa pengukuran kestidakseimbangan beban. Keyidakseimbangan ini akibat terjadinya pola tingkat hunia akibat adanya Pandemi COVID-19. Kami menganalisis ketidakseimbangan beban ketiga fasa tersebut. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ketidakseimbangan lebih dari 5%.
Abstract: The impact of imposition of restrictions on community activities in Indonesia affects the apartment occupancy rate. Inequality of occupancy results in an unbalanced electrical load in the apartment. An imbalance in the electrical load will result in an electric current flowing in the neutral wire. This is a huge loss to be paid by the customer. Another impact of the imbalance is that the performance of electrical equipment is not optimal. This activity aims to aid in measuring the electrical load at the Pancoran Riverside Apartment in Jakarta. The method used is to measure the electrical load of the R, S, and T phases. We analysed the load imbalance of the three phases. The results show that the imbalance is more than 5%.
