PELATIHAN KETERAMPILAN HYPNOPARENTING IBU DALAM MEMBENTUK KARAKTER ANAK PRASEKOLAH PADA ERA DIGITAL

Abstrak: Masa Prasekolah merupakan masa yang akan dilewati setiap anak. Berbagai faktor internal dan eksternal anak di era digital dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya resiko penyimpangan perilaku yang dapat terjadi pada anak seperti masalah mental emosional. Hypnoparenting merupakan salah satu intervensi yang dapat diberikan oleh seorang ibu dengan memberikan sugesti positif dalam menghadapi masa tumbuh kembang anak sehingga terbentuk karakter positif kepada anak. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk memberikan pelatihan keterampilan Hypnoparenting kepada Ibu dalam upaya membentuk karakter anak prasekolah pada era digital. Sasaran kegiatan ini diberikan kepada 20 ibu yang memiliki anak usia prasekolah di TK Ar Raudah Banjarmasin. Metode yang akan digunakan dengan ceramah, demontrasi dari tim pengabdi dan diakhiri dengan evaluasi posttest dengan mempraktikan keterampilan hypnoparenting oleh masing-masing ibu menggunakan Standar Prosedur Operasional (SPO) teknik hypnoparenting. Evaluasi keterampilan ibu dalam melakukan hypnoparenting dikategorikan menjadi 3 yaitu baik, cukup dan kurang yang dinilai berdasarkan form penilaian pada komponen komunikasi, tahapan hypnoparenting dan sikap. Pelaksanaan kegiatan evaluasi dibantu oleh masing-masing fasilitator dan pemberian feedback dari keterampilan yang dipraktikan peserta. Antusiasme ibu dan evaluasi akhir keterampilan terbanyak berada pada kategori baik (100%).

Abstract: Preschool period is a period that will be passed by every child. Various internal and external factors for children in the digital era can influence the risk of behavioral deviations that can be occur, such as emotional mental problems. Hypnoparenting is one of the interventions that can be given by a mother by giving positive suggestions in dealing with the child's growth and development period so that a positive character is formed in the child. The purpose of this activity was to provide hypnoparenting skills training to mothers in an effort to shape the character of preschoolers in the digital era. The target of this activity was given to 20 mothers who have preschool-aged children at the Ar Raudah Kindergarten, Banjarmasin. The method to be used is lectures, demonstrations from the team and ends with a posttest evaluation by practicing hypnoparenting skills by each mother using the Standard Operating Procedure of hypnoparenting technique. Evaluation of the mother's skills in doing hypnoparenting was categorized into 3, namely good, sufficient and insufficient which were assessed based on the assessment form on the communication component, hypnoparenting stages and attitudes. The implementation of the evaluation activities was assisted by each facilitator and provided feedback on the skills practiced by the participants. Mother's enthusiasm and the final skills evaluation were mostly in the good category (100%).
