PENGABDIAN KEPADA MASYARAKAT BERBASIS PENGEMBANGAN PENELITIAN PADA SEBUAH PERUSAHAAN KONSTRUKSI

Abstrak: Promosi dan pemasaran digital merupakan suatu keharusan bagi perusahaan saat ini agar dapat bersaing dalam perkembangan teknolgi digital yang semakin marak. PT. Adam Djaya Teknik merupakan sebuah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) yang bergerak di bidang konstruksi yang belum memanfaatkan pemasaran digital meskipun sebenarnya perusahaan ini sangat membutuhkan media pemasaran digital untuk menjalin hubungan dengan klien lama maupun klien potesial mereka. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu PT. Adam Djaya Teknik membangun media promosi dan pemasaran digital melalui pembangunan company profile website dan google business. Kegiatan ini juga disertai knowledge transfer untuk mendukung PT. Adam Djaya Teknik sebagai mitra dalam kegiatan ini. Evaluasi dilakuan melalui wawancara dan pemberian kuesioner. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam mengelola navigasi dan struktur menu di website perusahaan sebesar 50%, diikuti oleh peningkatan kemampuan mengelola konten (38,10%), kemampuan mengelola company profile website (37,31%), kemampuan mengoptimalkan tampilan website (34%), dan kemampuan analitik website untuk memantau kinerja dan memahami perilaku pengunjung website (34%).
Abstract: Digital promotion and marketing is a must for companies today to be able to compete in the increasingly widespread development of digital technology. PT. Adam Djaya Teknik is an Incorporated Company that has not utilized digital marketing even though in reality this company really needs digital marketing media to establish relationships with their existing and potential clients. This community service aims to help PT. Adam Djaya Teknik build promotional media and digital marketing through the development of a company profile website and Google business. This activity is also accompanied by knowledge transfer to support partners in utilizing these media. Evaluation was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The evaluation results show that this activity succeeded in increasing the ability of participants to manage the navigation on the company's website (50%), followed by the ability to manage content (38.10%), the ability to manage the company profile website (37.31%), the ability to optimize website appearance (34%), and the website analytic capabilities (34%).
