PROGRAM KEGIATAN KAMPUS MENGAJAR ANGKATAN 4 DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN NUMERASI SISWA SD

Abstrak: Analisis situasi pada sekolah mitra yaitu SD Islam Plus Ekatama Kota Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau menunjukkan para siswa masih memiliki kemampuan numerasi yang rendah. Masih banyak siswa yang belum mahir dalam penjumlahan, pengurangan, perkalian dan pembagian. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan numerasi siswa Sekolah Dasar melalui pelaksanaan program kampus mengajar. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di sekolah mitra yaitu SD Islam Plus Ekatama Kota Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau, yang terdiri dari 74 orang siswa. Kegiatan terdiri dari (1) Persiapan; (2) Pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui pendampingan belajar siswa; dan (3) Evaluasi. Untuk mengukur ketercapaian tujuan kegiatan yang dilakukan digunakan instrumen soal pre-test dan post-test (Assesmen Kompetensi Minimum) AKM Kelas. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh bahwa terjadi peningkatan nilai rerata pre-test yang awalnya 26,25 meningkat menjadi 42,81. Seluruh peserta (100%) memperoleh peningkatan skor nilai pretest-posstest. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan kampus mengajar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan siswa dalam kemampuan numerasi.
Abstract: Situation analysis at partner schools, namely SD Islam Plus Ekatama, Pekanbaru City, Riau Province, shows that students still have low numeracy skills. There are still many students who are not proficient in addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. This service activity aims to improve the numeracy skills of elementary school students through the implementation of a teaching campus program. This service activity was carried out at partner school in SD Islam Plus Ekatama Pekanbaru City, Riau Province, which consisted of 74 students and 11 teachers. Activities consist of (1) Preparation, (2) Implementation of activities through student learning assistance; and (3) Evaluation. To measure the achievement of the objectives of the activities carried out, the pretest and posttest (Minimum Competency Assessment) AKM Class instruments were used. Based on the results obtained, there was an increase in the pretest mean value, which was initially 26.25, increased to 42.81. All participants (100%) obtained an increase in pretest-posttest scores. It can be concluded that teaching campus activities can improve students' abilities and skills in numeracy skills.
