Abstract: Community service activities are carried out in two days, namely on the first day doing simple science practicum, one of the activities that is important to increase students' understanding of the material being taught because the problems faced by partners before the activities are carried out are the lack of students in understanding science and the lack of development of soft skills for elementary school students. However, in practice it is often constrained by a lack of teacher knowledge and limited facilities at school. Therefore, assistance for simple science practicum activities and the development of soft skills for students in scout activities at the Seribu Islands Elementary School will be carried out to improve the quality of practicum implementation and increase student understanding. As well as the development of student soft skills in scout activities, this can foster character for students who are followed by 5 teachers and 30 students. From the pre-test and post-test surveys that the researchers conducted, it resulted in an 80% increase that this training succeeded in increasing elementary school students on Pari Island in increasing the millennial generation aware of education, science and technology as well as developing scouting-based soft skills character for elementary school students.
