Abstract: Women play an important role in a family, as mothers, wives, and members of the community. Some of the news we hear and the available evidence shows that women are more prone to anxiety and depression as well as somatic and physical complaints that sometimes cannot be explained medically. The purpose of this Community Service is to provide health education related to stress management and assess stress levels. The method used was counseling to 50 people from a church in Tangerang Regency. In the implementation of this activity, participants were asked to fill out a wide pretest and postest, fill out a stress level assessment sheet, listen to material on stress management, and conduct discussions and questions related to the material. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest scores, there was a 2-point decrease in the average posttest score (78) from the average pretest score (80). Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the socialization method with the characteristics of the response in terms of age.
