PELATIHAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI NEARPOD DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN LITERASI DIGITAL BAGI GURU SMP

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan terhadap para guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) pada perubahan mode pembelajaran dengan multi-interaktif. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pelatihan ini dapat menumbuhkan kemampuan budaya literasi terhadap teknologi saat ini seperti aplikasi Neorpod yang dapat diimplementasikan di sekolah. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan secara tatap muka dengan memberikan pemaparan mengenai cara mendesain pembelajaran daring yang menarik dengan menggunakan teknologi berbasis internet dengan mengkombinasikan antara pembelajaran sinkronus dengan pembelajaran asinkronus. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan kepada mitra guru-guru tingkat SMP sejumlah 25 orang. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi menggunakan quisioner atau angket mendapatkan hasil tingkat kepuasan peserta yang sebesar 100%, tingkat manfaat keberadaan aplikasi Nearpod yaitu sebesar 100% dan untuk tingkat penguasaan penggunaan website sebesar 94,1%. Secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan PKM ini memberikan pengenalan dan pemahaman mengenai desain pembelajaran daring dengan teknologi sederhana dan meningkatkan kemampuan pedagogik peserta mengenai desain PJJ.
Abstract: The community service activities (PKM) carried out aim to provide assistance to Junior High School (SMP) teachers on changing the learning mode with multi-interactive. Thus, this training activity can foster the ability of literacy culture towards current technology such as the Neorpod application that can be implemented in schools. Activities carried out in the form of face-to-face training by providing exposure on how to design interesting online learning using internet-based technology by combining synchronous learning with asynchronous learning. This training was conducted for 25 junior high school teachers. Based on the evaluation results using questionnaires or questionnaires, the level of satisfaction of the participants was 100%, the level of benefit of the Nearpod application was 100% and the level of mastery of using the website was 94.1%. In general, it can be concluded that this PKM activity provides an introduction and understanding of online learning design with simple technology and improves participants' pedagogical abilities regarding PJJ design.
