Abstrak: Pelatihan social media tiktok dan Instagram sebagai media promosi wisata, merupakan jawaban atas permasalahan yang dihadapi Pemerintah Desa Parungseah, pengelola wisata, dan pelaku budaya kearifan lokal yaitu tidak adanya SDM terampil yang mengelola media sosial untuk mempromosikan wisata balai sawala. Tujuan kegiatan ini memberikan edukasi untuk meningkatkan softskill dan hardskill penggunaan media sosial tiktok dan Instagram sebagai media promosi wisata kepada pengelola wisata Balai Sawala, dalam meningkatkan jumlah wisatawan. Metode kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan yang dilaksanakan secara offline di Balai Sawala Desa Parungseah Kabupaten Sukabumi dengan peserta sebanyak 50 orang. Mitra kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah Pemerintah Desa Parungseah Kabupaten Sukabumi. Evaluasi peningkatan pemahaman terdiri dari softskill yaitu membagikan kuesioner yang berjumlah 20 pertanyaan yang terbagi ke dalam 5 indikator utama, sebelum (pretest) dan sesudah (posttest) penyampaian materi kepada peserta. Sedangkan hardskill dinilai dengan kemampuan peserta membuat akun tiktok dan instagran, dan menyusun kalimat promosi. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan ini yaitu meningkatnya softskill peserta sebesar 41%, dan peningkatan hardskill sebesar 43,33%.
Abstract: TikTok and Instagram social media training as tourism promotion media, is the answer to the problems faced by the Parungseah Village Government, tour managers, and local wisdom cultural actors, namely the absence of skilled human resources who manage social media to promote sawala hall tourism. The purpose of this activity is to provide education to improve soft skills and hard skills in the use of TikTok and Instagram social media as tourism promotion media to sawala hall tour managers, in increasing the number of tourists. The method of this activity is training held offline at Sawala Hal Parungseah Village Government of Sukabumi Regency with 50 participants. The partner of this training activity is the Parungseah Village Government of Sukabumi Regency. The evaluation of increasing understanding consists of soft skills, namely distributing questionnaires totaling 20 questions divided into 5 main indicators, before (pretest) and after (posttest) material delivery to participants. While hard skills are assessed by the ability of participants to create Tiktok and Instagram accounts and compose promotional sentences. The results of this training activity were an increase in participants' soft skills by 41% and an increase in hard skills by 43.33%.
