Abstract: The rapid urbanization in Kediri Regency correlates with the increase in agricultural land conversion. This phenomenon gradually affects the community's food security resources. The diminishing agricultural land poses a new problem, namely the future vulnerability of food security for the community in Kediri Regency. From this issue, this Community Engagement aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of the community in utilizing land as a source of daily sustenance by applying the concept of urban farming, specifically hydroponics. The collaborators in this engagement are members of the Family Welfare Movement (PKK) and the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDEs) of Jongbiru Village, East Java. The methods employed in this activity encompass preparation, execution, and evaluation. The outcomes of the engagement activity demonstrate the successful transfer of knowledge to the PKK and BUMDEs collaborators, and these collaborators are interested in establishing hydroponic stations as a means to ensure access to quality vegetables for their daily nutritional needs.
