PEMBERDAYAAN KELOMPOK KERJA MADRASAH DALAM PEMBUATAN LEAF SKELETON ART SEBAGAI ALTERNATIF MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN DIGITAL

Abstrak: Metode praktikum IPA/Biologi dapat memberikan pengalaman peserta didik terkait proses, produk, dan sikap. Guru Madrasah Aliyah kabupaten Tangerang belum terbiasa untuk mendesain pembelajaran Morfologi Daun dan Fermentasi secara sederhana dan ramah lingkungan dalam bentuk digital. Perlu adanya kegiatan yang bertujuan melatih pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota KKM MAN 3 Tangerang dalam pembuatan leaf skeleton art sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran digital. Metode workshop disertai penugasan diawali observasi pengetahuan 29 guru MA tentang konsep Morfologi Daun dan Fermentasi serta media pembelajaran digital. Guru dilatih membuat leaf skeleton art dan mendesain e-LKPD menggunakan live worksheet disertai pendampingan secara online. Tim pengabdian mengevaluasi kualitas leaf skeleton dan e-LKPD hasil karya guru. Tim menyebar angket tanggapan efektivitas pelatihan kepada guru. Guru menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan (77,76) dan keterampilan (68,50) dalam pembuatan leaf skeleton art dan e-LKPD, tapi masih perlu pembiasaan dalam mengenali fitur live worksheet untuk mendesain e-LKPD. Guru memberikan tanggapan baik (79,19%) terhadap pendampingan tim UHAMKA dalam mendesain media pembelajaran digital yang menarik dan inovatif.
Abstract: The science/biology practicum method can provide students with experience regarding processes, products and attitudes. Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Tangerang district are not yet accustomed to designing lessons in Leaf Morphology and Fermentation in a simple and environmentally friendly way in digital form. There needs to be activities aimed at training the knowledge and skills of KKM MAN 3 Tangerang members in making leaf skeleton art as an alternative digital learning media. The workshop method was accompanied by assignments starting with observation of the knowledge of 29 MA teachers regarding the concepts of Leaf Morphology and Fermentation as well as digital learning media. Teachers are trained to make leaf skeleton art and design e-LKPD using live worksheets accompanied by online assistance. The service team evaluated the quality of the leaf skeleton and e-LKPD created by the teacher. The team distributed questionnaires regarding training effectiveness to teachers. Teachers show increased knowledge (77.76) and skills (68.50) in making leaf skeleton art and e-LKPD, but still need to get used to recognizing the live worksheet feature for designing e-LKPD. Teachers gave good responses (79.19%) to the UHAMKA team's assistance in designing interesting and innovative digital learning media.
