Abstract: There are several problems faced by students in running a knitting craft business, including the products produced are not yet diverse, as well as students' lack of understanding about how to read patterns and choose a yarn that suits the product to be made. Based on these problems, the objective of this entrepreneurship-based Community Service is to improve students' skills related to knitting abilities, which include (1) Enriching knitted models; (2) Reading knitting patterns; and (3) Choosing yarn according to the type of knitting being made. The service activities method is carried out through workshops, with the activity partners being 3 Japanese Language Education Study Program students. Evaluation is carried out by looking at the results of student products produced in the form of crochet. The products are then exhibited to lecturers and other students in subsequent mentoring activities. The results achieved by this activity are an increase in students' knitting skills, both soft skills and hard skills, by 80%. The increase in students' knitting skills can be used as a reference for carrying out the next entrepreneurial activity, namely knitting crochet with Japanese characteristics.
