Abstract

Absytrak: Sekitar 2,3 juta remaja mengalami masalah perilaku emosional yang sering disebabkan oleh rendahnya keterampilan psikososial pada remaja. Pelatihan keterampilan psikososial berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, efikasi diri dan keterampilan psikososial remaja. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan skrining masalah emosional dan psikososial remaja dengan menggunakan kuesioner SDQdan meningkatkan keterampilan psikososial remaja melalui pelatihan 10 Keterampilan Hidup Sehat. Pelatihan keterampilan psikososial dirancang sebagai metode untuk mencapai tujuan pengabdian. Sebanyak 36 peserta pelatihan yang merupakan siswa-siswi terpilih berusia remaja dari salah satu sekolah. Kegiatan pelatihan terdiri dari skrining, pemberian materi, role play, sharing, pembuatan komitmen, pengisian kuesioner SDQ, wawancara, pembuatan essay oleh 3 perwakilan peserta. Topik materi yang diberikan terdiri dari bullying dan 10 keterampilan psikososial dalam modul Kemenkes. Peserta mampu menerapkan keterampilan yang diajarkan, membangun komitmen untuk terus berlatih, hasil SDQ menurun 16,7% dan menghasilkan karya untuk meningkatkan literasi keterampilan psikososial remaja. Monitoring evaluasi dilakukan sebulan setelah kegiatan.

Abstract: Approximately 2.3 million adolescents experience emotional behavior problems. Lack of psychosocial skills is a risk factor for adolescent psychosocial problems. Adolescents are at risk of experiencing severe psychosocial problems if they are not trained. Psychosocial skills training has a significant effect on increasing knowledge, self-efficacy and psychosocial skills of adolescents. Community service activities are aimed at screening adolescent psychosocial problems and improving adolescent psychosocial skills. Psychosocial skills training is designed as a method to achieve service goals. A total of 36 training participants were selected teenage students from one of the schools. Training activities consist of screening, providing material, role play, sharing, making commitments, filling out SDQ questionnaires, interviews, writing essays by 3 participant representatives. The topic of the material provided consists of bullying and 10 psychosocial skills in the Ministry of Health module. Participants were able to apply the skills taught, build commitment to continue practicing, SDQ results decreased by 16.7% and produced work to increase adolescent psychosocial skills literacy. Monitoring evaluation is carried out a month after the activity.
