PELATIHAN KEMASAN PRODUK BAGI AKADEMISI PENDAMPING DESA WISATA MELALUI TRAINING OF TRAINERS OLEH KEMENPAREKRAF

Abstrak: Pelatihan Kemasan Produk melalui Training of Trainers oleh Kemenparekraf ini bertujuan sebagai wadah sharing dan updating knowledgecalon Akademisi Pendamping Desa Wisata. Kegiatan Training of Trainers ini diadakan selama 3 hari di Hotel Garden Inn, Bali, dan diikuti oleh 36 peserta. 20 peserta mengikuti secara offline dan 16 lainnya secara  online melalui aplikasi Zoom. Adapun pelatihan pengemasan mendapatkan waktu selama 3 jam dari total 24 jam kegiatan ini. Peserta merupakan akademisi dari perguruan tinggi di Provinsi Bali, Nusa Tenggara Barat dan Nusa Tenggara Timur. Dari seluruh peserta, Hasil survey yang diberikan pasca pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 75% atau 27 orang pernah menjadi pendamping desa wisata, 94,4% atau 24 orang pernah memberi pelatihan untuk usaha UMKM di desa wisata 25% atau 9 orang pernah menjadi master trainer bagi pendamping desa wisata, 50% atau 18 orang pernah menjadi trainer bidang lain.Semua peserta (100%) menyatakan bahwa materi ini sangat sesuai bagi pelaku usaha di desa wisata. 69,4% peserta (yakni 25 orang) menyatakan kejelasan materi dinilai sangat baik, sedangkan 30,6% (11 peserta) lainnya merasa perlunya contoh produk untuk membedakan pengemasan produk wisata yang sudah baik dan yang masih perlu ditingkatkan. Adapun mengenai kemampuan implementasi materi di desa wisata, sebanyak 77,8% (yaitu 28 orang) menyatakan mampu mengimplementasikannya namun sisanya 22,2% (yaitu 8 orang) menyatakan adanya tantangan dalam mengimplementasikan materi tersebut dikarenakan terbatasnya tingkat pendidikan masyarakat
Abstract: Training of Product Packaging through Training of Trainers by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was a forum for sharing and updating the knowledge of prospective Tourism Village Companion Academics. This activity held for 3 days at Hotel Garden Inn, Bali, and attended by 36 participants. 20 participants followed offline and 16 others online through the Zoom app. The training of packaging got 3 out of total 24 hours Training of Trainers. Participants are academics from universities in Bali Province, West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara. Of all participants, the survey results given post-training showed that as many as 75% or 27 people have been tour village companions, 94.4% or 24 people have given training for MSME efforts in tourist villages 25% or 9 people have been master trainers for tour village companions, 50% or 18 people have been trainers in other fields. All participants (100%) stated that this material is suitable for businesses in tourist villages. 69.4% of participants (i.e. 25 people) said the clarity of the material was rated very good, while another 30.6% (11 participants) felt the need for product examples to distinguish the packaging of tourism products that were already good and which still needed to be improved. As for the ability to implement materials in tourist villages, 77.8% (i.e. 28 people) stated that they were able to implement it but the remaining 22.2% (i.e. 8 people) stated that there are challenges in implementing the material due to the limited level of public education
