These agents came from various subjects, ranging from social organizations, youth groups to students. They went down to become volunteers without mobile services who moved the COVID-19. This empowerment method is active participatory. Volunteers will receive material briefing and practice directly in the field. The results of this dedication include several things; (1) Relevance for the theory of the spread of the COVID-19 virus to its handlers. (2) Volunteers are able to apply spray equipment to actively use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) until the activity is completed.
