Abstrak: Menghadapi Revolusi Industri 4.0, semua pihak harus mampu menyikapi secara bijaksana dan salah satu upaya menghadapinya adalah dengan cara meningkatkan kemampuan literasi di bidang teknologi atau disebut literasi sains. Generasi muda, khususnya yang mengenyam pendidikan di tingkat menengah adalah generasi penerus yang harus dibekali kemampuan literasi sains untuk menghadapi tantangan teknologi. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah: memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar mengenai UnoArduSim dan Smart home. Metode pelatihannya adalah penyampaian teori dasar UniArduSim dan praktek di papan modul. Selebihnya digunakan untuk pengenalan teknologi smart home. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner yang dilakukan setelah pelatihan, umumnya peserta pelatihan telah mendapatkan materi yang cukup dan puas dan dengan demikian tujuan dari pelatihan ini sudah tercapai yaitu peserta mempunyai pengetahuan dasar tentang UnoArduSim, mampu mengoperasikan UnoArduSim, mampu menerapkan pengendalian sederhana pada sistem Arduino, mengenal teknologi smart home, dan mendapat pengalaman cara menggunakannya.

Abstract:Â To face the current era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, all components of the nation must be able to respond wisely and one of the efforts to deal with it is by increasing literacy skills in the field of technology or what is called scientific literacy. The younger generation, especially those who are educated at the secondary level, are the next generation who must be equipped with scientific literacy skills to face technological challenges. The main objective of this training is to provide basic knowledge and skills regarding UnoArduSim and insights on Smart home technology. The training method is the delivery of basic theory about UnoArduSim for 4 hours and practice on the module board for 9 hours. Then the remaining 3 hours are used for the introduction of smart home technology. Based on the results of the questionnaire conducted after the training, generally the training participants have received sufficient and satisfied material and thus the objectives of this training have been achieved i.e: the participants have basic knowledge about UnoArduSim, are able to operate UnoArduSim, are able to apply simple controls on the Arduino system, known Smart home technology, and get experience using it.
