Abstract

Abstrak: Kehadiran virus Corona COVID 19 telah merusak tatanan kehidupan, pandemik corona juga melahirkan berbagai gangguan psikologis berupa stress yang berwujud dalam bentuk ketakutan, kegelisahan, dan kecemasan. Berbagai macam intervensi telah dilakukan dalam mengatasi masalah psikologis, salah satunya expressive writing therapy. Expressive writing therapy merupakan intervensi yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah psikologis. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan expressive writing therapy dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan. Program ini memuat dua kegiatan utama yaitu seminar, sharing session, dan pendampingan online. Hasil menunjukkan ada penurunan tingkat kecemasan pada peserta setelah diberikan diberikan expressive writing therapy dengan terdapat 15 subjek mahasiswasubyek yang mengalami penurunan tingkat kecemasan dan 15 peserta subyek yang mengalami tingkat kecemasan tetap yang artinya ada penurunan kecemasan pada peserta setelah diberikan expressive writing therapy.

 

Abstract: The presence of the Corona COVID-19 virus has damaged the order of life, the corona pandemic has also given birth to various psychological disorders in the form of stress in the form of fear, anxiety, and anxiety. Various kinds of interventions have been carried out in overcoming psychological problems, one of which is expressive writing therapy. Expressive writing therapy is an intervention to overcome psychological problems. The purpose of implementing expressive writing therapy is to reduce anxiety levels. This program contains two main activities, namely seminars, sharing sessions, and online mentoring. The results showed that there was a decrease in the level of anxiety in participants after being given expressive writing therapy with 15 student subjects experiencing a decrease in anxiety levels and 15 participants experiencing a constant level of anxiety, which means that there was a decrease in anxiety in participants after being given expressive writing therapy.
