PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN GURU BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING DALAM MENGATASI KECEMASAN KARIER AKIBAT PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstrak: Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru Bimbingan dan Konseling mengembangkan kemampuan dalam mengatasi kecemasan karier akibat pandemi covid-19. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah guru Bimbingan dan Konseling yang tergabung dalam musyawarah guru bimbingan dan konseling (MGBK) SMK Jawa Tengah sejumlah 158 Guru. Pelaksanaan kegiatan bersifat daring yang dilakukan selama 2 hari. Hari pertama kegiatan menghadirkan pemateri sedangkan hari kedua pengerjaan tes dan pembahasan oleh fasilitator. Hasil kegiatan adalah terdapat peningkatan berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest sebesar 14.9%. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan dan pemahaman dalam mengatasi kecemasan karier setelah mengikuti webinar.
Abstract: This community service aims to help Guidance and Counseling teachers develop skills in overcoming career anxiety due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Partners in this service are Guidance and Counseling teachers who are members of the Guidance and Counseling Teacher Consultation (MGBK) of Central Java Vocational High School with a total of 158 teachers. The implementation of online activities carried out for 2 days. The first day of the activity brought presenters, while the second day of testing and discussion by the facilitator. The result of the activity is that there is an increase based on the results of the pretest and posttest of 14.9%. This indicates an increase in ability and understanding in overcoming career anxiety after attending the webinar.
