Abstrak: Masa remaja merupakan periode peralihan dari anak-anak menuju dewasa. Pada remaja putri, salah satu perubahannya adalah ditandai dengan menstruasi atau haid. Nyeri saat haid adalah keluhan yang paling banyak diderita remaja putri. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman tentang kesehatan reproduksi selama menstruasi dan cara menangani nyeri haid dengan metode stretching. Metode pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan Mitra pada kegiatan ini adalah 11 orang remaja putri di Panti Asuhan Izzati Jannah Kota Jambi. Evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner pre - posttest. Pengetahuan remaja sebelum pelatihan dominan kurang (54,5%) dan setelah dilakukan edukasi dan pelatihan pengetahuan peserta menjadi dominan Baik (63,6%). Hasil kegiatan diperoleh adanya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi selama masa menstruasi dan cara menangani nyeri haid, dan diperoleh keterampilan baru dalam menangani nyeri haid, serta berhasil terbentuknya kelompok peer educator.
Abstract: Adolescence is a period of transition from children to adults. In young women, one of the changes is marked by menstruation or menstruation. Pain during menstruation is the most common complaint suffered by young women. The purpose of this Community Service (PKM) activity is to increase understanding of reproductive health during menstruation and how to deal with menstrual pain with the stretching method. The service method is carried out by counseling and training methods. Partners in this activity are 11 young women at the Izzati Jannah Orphanage, Jambi City. Evaluation of this service activity using a pre-posttest questionnaire. Adolescents' knowledge before training was dominantly lacking (54.5%) and after education and training the participants' knowledge became dominantly Good (63.6%). The results of the activity showed an increase in knowledge about reproductive health during menstruation and how to handle menstrual pain, and acquired new skills in dealing with menstrual pain, as well as the successful formation of a peer educator group.
