Abstract: Teenagers need motivation and insight to be able to utilize waste so that environmental sustainability can be achieved. Organic waste can be composted by using a composting device called a composter. With the use of a composter, the decomposition process of organic matter can take place more optimally. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge, skills and awareness of the younger generation (teenagers) in terms of controlling the environment, especially waste that is not managed properly. Teenagers as the younger generation can use a composter and apply it in waste processing in the surrounding environment. In addition, to carry out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. This community service activity was carried out in the form of Socialization and Practice, attended by 20 teenagers from Bukit Village, as well as lecturers from Quality University and Quality Berastagi University. The results of the PKM activities are that 95% teenagers have the knowledge and skills to distinguish organic and inorganic waste, make moles from simple ingredients, make compost from organic waste and use a composter.
