PROGRAM PENGEMBANGAN DESA MITRA PADA KADER KIA DAN BKR DALAM UPAYA INTEGRASI SKRINING CATIN

Abstrak: Skrining prakonsepsi sebagai persiapan dan perencanaan sebelum kehamilan terjadi sehingga saat kehamilan terjadi kondisi pasangan telah siap secara fisik, mental, sosial, dan ekonomi. Namun, skrining prakonsepsi saat ini belum berjalan optimal dan masih bersifat anjuran sehingga kegiatan tersebut belum menjadi prioritas. Kader kesehatan di Desa Kalisongo belum mendapat materi skrining prakonsepsi. Skrining prakonsepsi merupakan komponen penting dalam pelayanan kesehtanan reproduksi. Upaya awal skrining prakonsepsi pada calon pengantin dan remaja akhir dalam mempersiapkan kehamilan sehat dilakukan oleh kader KIA dan Kader BKR yang ada di setiap desa. Tujuan pengabdian ini memberikan pengetahuan tentang skrining prakonsepsi pada kader KIA dan kader BKR di Desa Kalisongo, Kabupaten Malang sebanyak 41 orang. Metode yang digunakan berupa penyuluhan, demonstrasi, dan praktikum skrining prakonsepsi pada calon pengantin oleh Kader. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan sebanyak 13,3% kader KIA dan kader BKR terkait skrining prakonsepsi.
Abstract: Preconception screening as preparation and planning before pregnancy occurs so that when pregnancy occurs the condition of the partner is physically, mentally, socially and economically ready. However, preconception screening is currently not running optimally and is still recommended so that this activity has not become a priority. Health kader in Kalisongo Village have do received preconception screening material. Preconception screening is an important component in reproductive health services. Early preconception screening efforts for prospective brides and late teens in preparing for a healthy pregnancy were carried out by village health worker (kader) in each village. The purpose of this service is to provide knowledge about preconception screening for kader KIA and kader BKR in Kalisongo Village, Malang Regency as many as 41 people. The method used in the form of counseling, demonstrations, and preconception screening for prospective brides by kader. The results of the service showed an increase in knowledge of 13,3% of kader KIA and kader BKR related to preconception screening.
