UPAYA MENURUNKAN UNMET NEED MELALUI PROGRAM DELIKA (DESA PEDULI KB)

Abstrak: Tingginya angka Unmet need adalah fenomenal kependudukan yang menjadi permasalahan penting dan perlu diperhatikan dalam pelayanan program. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk membantu program pemerintah dalam menurunkan unmet need melalui program DELIKA, memberikan pemahaman dan kemampuan kepada Tim DELIKA tentang cara melakukan survailans berbasis IT dan teknis pendampingan Wanita Usia Subur (WUS). Tahap kegiatan terdiri dari (1) Pembentukan Tim Delika; (2) Pelatihan bagi Tim DELIKA yang dilaksanakan selama 2 hari dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan kemampuan kepada Tim DELIKA tentang cara melakukan survailans berbasis IT dan teknis pendampingan WUS (3) Tim DELIKA menggunakan Aplikasi DELIKA berbasis android untuk mendapatkan data real time WUS yang belum menggunakan KB; (4) Tim DELIKA melaporkan data WUS yang belum KB ke petugas lapangan KB (PLKB), Bidan Desa atau TIM pengabmas untuk kemudian ditindak lanjuti; (5) Bagi WUS yang belum ber KB dilakukan pendampingan oleh Tim Delika untuk memberikan edukasi tentang metode kontrasepsi melalui buku saku; (6) Proses penapisan dan pemilihan kontrasepsi yang tepat; (7) Layanan pemasangan KB oleh Bidan Puskesmas sesuai dengan kontrasepsi yang dipilih oleh WUS; (8) Melakukan evaluasi kegiatan pendampingan dan pemasangan KB untuk wanita usia subur. Hasil yang dicapai yaitu wanita usia subur yang menggunakan kontrasepsi setelah adanya program meningkat menjadi DELIKA 46%.
Abstract: The high number of unmet need is a population phenomenon which is an important problem and needs to be considered in program services. The purpose of this activity is to assist government programs in reducing unmet need through the DELIKA program, to provide understanding and capabilities to the DELIKA Team on how to carry out IT-based surveillance and technical assistance for women of childbearing age. This activity phase consisted of (1) DELIKA Team formation; (2) DELIKA Team training, which lasted two days and aimed to provide the DELIKA Team with an understanding and ability to conduct IT-based surveillance and technical help for WUS. (3) The DELIKA Team used the Android-based DELIKA Application to get unfinished WUS data in real time. utilizing KB; (4) The Delika Team informs the KB field officer (PLKB), the Village Midwife, or the Community Service Team about WUS who have not had family planning; (5) The Delika Team assists WUS who have not had family planning by providing education about contraceptive methods through pocket books; (6) Appropriate contraceptive screening and selection process; (7) KB installation services provided by the Puskesmas midwives are in accordance with the contraception chosen by WUS; (8) Evaluating actinities of assistance and installation of family planning for women of childbrearing age. After completing the DELIKA program, 46 percent of women of reproductive age utilize contraception.
