PERSIAPAN PERSALINAN DAN KELAHIRAN SELAMA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstrak: Covid-19 berdampak pada segala aspek kehidupan, salah satunya adalah aspek kesehatan. Hal ini mengakibatkan pelayanan Antenatal Care secara tatap muka dibatasi dan menimbulkan kecemasan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi persalinan dan kelahiran selama masa pandemi covid-19. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil dalam persiapan persalinan selama masa pandemi covid-19. Responden dalam kegiatan ini adalah ibu hamil dan kader kesehatan di Wilayah Tanjung Riau Kota Batam sebanyak 41 orang. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan secara online dan diberikan pretest dan posttest sebelum dan setelah penyuluhan. Hasil kegiatan didapatkan hasil pre test peserta yang mengetahui tentang persiapan persalinan dan kelahiran selama masa pandemi covid-19 sebesar 12 orang (29,3%), sedangkan berdasarkan hasil post test peserta yang mengetahui tentang persiapan persalinan dan kelahiran selama masa pandemi covid-19 sebesar 35 orang (85%) sehingga terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil terhadap persiapan persalinan dan kelahiran selama masa pandemi covid-19.
Abstract: Covid-19 has an impact on all aspects of life, one of which is the health aspect. This has resulted in limited face-to-face Antenatal Care services and created anxiety for pregnant women in dealing with labor and birth during the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on these conditions, community service was carried out to increase the knowledge of pregnant women in preparation for childbirth during the COVID-19 pandemic. Respondents in this activity were pregnant women and health cadres in the Tanjung Riau area of Batam City as many as 41 people. The activities were carried out using online counseling methods and were given pre-test and post-test before and after counseling. The results of the activity showed that the pre-test results of participants who knew about preparation for labor and birth during the COVID-19 pandemic were 12 people (29.3%), while based on the results of the post-test, participants who knew about preparation for labor and birth during the COVID-19 pandemic amounted to 35 people (85%) so that there was an increase in knowledge of pregnant women regarding preparation for labor and birth during the covid-19 pandemic.
