Abstract: Hypertension in adolescents can increase mortality and morbidity which affects the decline in productivity in adolescents. The prevalence of hypertension in adolescents is increasing without realizing it. This activity aims to identify adolescents who have a high risk of experiencing hypertension, risk factors, and increase adolescent knowledge about hypertension. The method used includes screening for hypertension, risk factors, and health education about hypertension. Partners involved in this activity are 44 youths at the Karya Ruteng Vocational High School. The results achieved identified adolescents who experienced an increase in blood pressure of 13 people (29.5%). Increased blood pressure in adolescents is associated with several risk factors, including being overweight seven people (15.9%), obesity two people (4.5%), smoking 10 people (22.7%), lack of regular exercise 40 people (90.9%), alcohol consumption 14 people (31.8%), inadequate sleep duration 17 people (38.6%), less consumption of vegetables and fruit, 22 people (50%). The results of the evaluation using the posttest method showed that 90% of adolescents had knowledge about hypertension management and prevention.
