Pengaruh Keadilan Organisasi Dan Budaya Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Karyawan Pada Samsat Praya

This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Justice and Work Culture on Employee Commitment to SAMSAT PRAYA. The type of research used is causal associative with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is the census method. Respondents with a total of 73 employees of SAMSAT PRAYA Central Lombok. The data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and disseminating questionnaires containing statements about the organizational fairness of work culture and employee commitments. The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis by using the SPSS version 26 For Windows program. The results of the data analysis showed that; (1) organizational fairness has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment, (2) work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keadilan Organisasi dan Budaya Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Karyawan pada SAMSAT PRAYA. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode sensus. Responden dengan jumlah 73 orang pegawai SAMSAT PRAYA Lombok Tengah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, dokumentasi, dan menyebarkan kuesioner yang berisi pernyataan tentang keadilan organisasi budaya kerja dan komitmen karyawan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 26 For Windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa; (1) keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan, (2) budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan
