IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN OPEN ENDED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF SISWA KELAS IV SDN SIDOTOTO

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah implementasi model Open Ended Learning, (2) Meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik pada materi keliling dan luas bangun datar. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). PTK terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV SDN Sidototo yang berjumlah 14 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) keterlaksanaan pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sebesar 82% dengan kategori baik dan pada siklus II menjadi 92% dengan kategori sangat baik. Peningkatan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dari siklus I ke siklus II adalah 10%, (2) Kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik meningkat. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh dalam prasiklus yaitu 53,9. Peningkatan persentase rata-rata pada kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik pada setiap siklus yaitu siklus I 73% dengan kategori cukup dan pada siklus II yaitu mencapai 83% dengan kategori baik. Persentase rata-rata pada indikator kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik pada siklus 2 sudah mencapai indikator keberhasilan yaitu minimal 80%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka model pembelajaran open ended learning dapat dijadikan alternatif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif.
Abstract: Â The objectives of this study are: (1) Describe the steps for implementing the Open Ended Learning model, (2) Improve students' creative thinking skills on the circumference and area of flat shapes. This research method is Classroom Action Research (CAR). CAR consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of SDN Sidototo, totaling 14 students. Data collection techniques used are interviews, tests, and documentation. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of this study are: (1) the implementation of learning has increased from the first cycle of 82% in the good category and in the second cycle to 92% in the very good category. The increase in the implementation of learned from cycle I to cycle II is 10%, (2) The creative thinking ability of students increases. The average value obtained in the pre-cycle is 53.9. The average percentage increase in the creative thinking ability of students in each cycle is 73% in the first cycle in the sufficient category and in the second cycle, it reaches 83% in the good category. The average percentage of the indicators of the creative thinking ability of students in cycle 2 has reached the indicator of success, which is at least 80%. Based on the research results, the open-ended learning model can be used as an alternative to improve creative thinking skills.References
