Abstrak: Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan produktivitas kerja guru memungkinkan kesehatan organisasi mengalami peningkatan. Sehingga diharapkan adanya perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan produkvitas kerja guru sehingga peningkatan kesehatan organisasi sekolah tidak hanya menjadi wacana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan produktivitas kerja guru berhubungan dengan kesehatan suatu organiasi sekolah. Data diambil dari guru-guru yang berada di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Pancoran Jakarta Selatan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik untuk menguji hipotesis dengan analisis korelasi sederhana dan ganda dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berhubungan langsung positif dengan kesehatan organisasi, produktivitas kerja guru berhubungan tidak langsung positif dengan kesehatan organisasi, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan produktivitas kerja guru secara bersama-sama berhubungan langsung positif dengan kesehatan organisasi sekolah.
Abstract: Principal leadership and teacher work productivity enable to improve organizational health. So that it is expected that there will be improvement and improvement in the quality of school principals' leadership and teacher work productivity so that improving the health of school organizations is not only a discourse. This study aims to provide evidence that principals' leadership and teacher work productivity are related to the health of a school organization. Data was taken from teachers who were in Public Elementary Schools in Pancoran South Jakarta using questionnaires and data were analyzed using statistical analysis to test hypotheses with simple and multiple correlation analysis and partial correlation. The results of this study are that principals' leadership is directly positively related to organizational health, teacher work productivity is positively related indirectly with organizational health, and the leadership of principals and teacher work productivity together are directly related positively to the health of school organizations.
