Abstrak: Motivasi sangat penting artinya dalam kegiatan belajar, sebab adanya motivasi mendorong semangat belajar dan sebaliknya kurang adanya motivasi akan melemahkan semangat belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Motivasi Belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen menggunakan analisis data statistika di SMA Negeri 1 Jabiren Raya. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer sebanyak 41 siswa kristen kelas X SMA yang diambil menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel gerombol. Analisis data statistika deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk melihat hubungan antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor yang mempengaruhi Motivasi Belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen (Y) di SMA Negeri 1 Jabiren Raya adalah Minat Pelajaran (X1), Suasana Belajar (X2), Fasilitas Belajar (X3) dan Dukungan Keluarga (X4), dengan nilai signifikansi < 0.05. Minat Pelajaran, Suasana Belajar, Fasilitas Belajar dan Dukungan Keluarga sangat penting untuk dioptimalkan sehingga siswa dapat meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen.
Abstract: Â Motivation is very important in learning activities, because the motivation encourages the spirit of learning and vice versa the lack of motivation will weaken the spirit of learning. This reseacrh aims to determine the factors that influence the learning motivation of Christian religious education using statistical data analysis at SMA Negeri 1 Jabiren Raya. The data used was primary data of 41 christian students of class X high school which were taken using cluster sampling techniques. Descriptive statistical data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to see the relationship between independent variables to dependent variable. The results showed the factors that influence the Learning Motivation of Christian Religious Education (Y) at SMA Negeri 1 Jabiren Raya are Lesson Interest (X1), Learning Atmosphere (X2), Learning Facilities (X3) and Family Support (X4), with a significance value of < 0.05. Lesson Interest, Learning Atmosphere, Learning Facilities and Family Support are very important to be optimized so that students can increase Learning Motivation of Christian Religious Education.References
