Abstract: The final value of PSKM FK ULM student Biostatistika courses that have not yet reached a threshold value of passed (C) The last four years continue to increase. In 2012 students who have not reached a threshold of graduation (C) as much as 15.9%, 2013%, 21.7%, 2014%, and increased in 22.0 as much as 2015% and as much as 47.7% in 64.4. This research aims to allow learners to be systematic and logical in addressing the problems faced. The design of this research uses the design of One Group Pre-Test-Post-Test Design. The treatment is given to all students (33 people) in one class using the think pair share learning model. The research Data is analyzed using the T test in pairs. The results indicate there is a difference in mean value UTS before and after given MFIS (p-value 0.0001, mean value 9.35) and there is a difference in mean value of UAS before and after given MFIS (p-value 0.001, value 11.38). The conclusion on this study is that there is an influence on the implementation of the Cooperative Learning type Think Pair Share (TPS) method against student learning achievement. Â
